POTATOES & CHOURICO 
5 lb. potatoes
1 lb. chourico sausage
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter
Reynold's Wrap

Dice up 5 pounds of white all-purpose potatoes. Put in large aluminum mixing bowl. Slice up 1 pound of chourico and quarter each piece, mix with potatoes in bowl. Add garlic salt, black pepper, garlic powder; toss around. Now cut up one stick of butter, add this to the bowl. Cut 6 pieces of Reynold's Wrap about 2 feet long, double the paper. Place half of the contents of bowl in the Reynold's Wrap; fold over to make package. Repeat. Place on grill and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, turning frequently. Open foil and serve. Delicious!
