HAM ROLL 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices boneless ham
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard

Cook broccoli slightly; cool. Place slice of cheese on slice of ham. Divide broccoli into 8 parts and place on cheese. Roll ham securely and place seam side down in shallow buttered baking dish. Blend soup, sour cream, mustard and mushrooms and pour over ham rolls. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
