GREEK SALAD 
2 cucumbers
1 sm. to med. onion
1 lemon wedge
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 lb. Greek black olives
Olive oil
Garlic salt to taste

Peel and slice cucumbers and onion. Place in rows on a serving plate, alternating a row of cucumber slices with a row of onion slices. Next place a row of tomato wedges then a row of Greek olives.

Crumble the Feta cheese over the vegetables. Pour olive oil over all and sprinkle with lemon juice and garlic salt to taste.

Serve with hot bread for a main course or as a side salad.
