YELLOW SQUASH PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated yellow squash
3 eggs
1 rounded tablespoon flour
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix well; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Double for large pie and bake 50 minutes.
