HUNDRED DOLLAR CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
4 oz. chocolate unsweetened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar together; add melted chocolate and beat eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk, and vanilla and chopped nuts. Makes 2 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
2 oz. chocolate, unsweetened
1 egg
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, more if needed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Melt butter and chocolate; add beaten egg, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Nuts may be added.
