SPINACH DIP 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Red pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
Ritz crackers

Cook spinach, save 1/2 cup of water. Melt butter, add flour and onion salt. Cook until soft. Add milk slowly. Add spinach water. Add seasonings and cheese. Cook slowly until all cheese is melted. Mix with spinach and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
