DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter plus 2 tbsp.
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped walnuts
6 oz. chocolate chips

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter
2 sq. chocolate
1/4 c. milk
3 c. powdered sugar

Grease 15 x 10 inch pan. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs. Melt chocolate. Add to butter mixture. Sift dry ingredients.

In bowl mix butter mixture and chocolate together. Add dry ingredients a little at a time with milk. Add vanilla. Mix in. Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Melt chocolate in double boiler. Place in mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredient, beat until fluffy with mixer. Spread on cooled brownies. Sprinkle with nuts.
