1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1 1/2 c. Jif peanut butter
6 c. Special K
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

Dissolve sugar and Karo over low heat. Remove from heat; add peanut butter and Special K. Press into 9x13 pan.

TOPPING:

Melt chocolate and butterscotch bits. Spread on top; let stand until firm. Cut and serve. Store in airtight container in cool location.
