SAUSAGE - SHELL RICE PIE | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 1 c. fine cracker crumbs 1/4 c. minced onion 1/2 c. minced green pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 can tomato soup 3 c. cooked rice 1 c. grated cheese 1/4 tsp. pepper Mix sausage, crumbs, onion, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 can tomato soup together. Pat mixture into 10 inch pie plate. Combine cooked rice, cheese, pepper, remaining soup and salt. Place into pie shell. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. |
