1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten lightly
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. apple sauce

Combine above ingredients.

Bake in small tube pan for 1 hour at 350°F.
