COLD SLAW 
4 c. chopped cabbage
1 onion, optional
1/2 red & 1/2 green pepper
Grated carrots for color

Mix together in bowl. 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. water

Mix all together and pour over cabbage mixture. Will keep for days in refrigerator and is good for anyone with cholesterol concern.
