MOCK TOFFEE 
1 cube butter
1 cube butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Sliced almonds
Graham crackers, broken in 1/2 to make 48

Cover cookie sheet with foil (make sure foil goes up sides). Spread out graham crackers to cover pan (close fit). Sprinkle sliced almonds over crackers (enough to cover holes on graham crackers).

Boil butter, butter and brown sugar for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Spoon over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for exactly 8 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
