STUFFING LOAF 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. water
2 eggs or egg substitute

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add corn and water. Bring to a boil and set aside for a few minutes to cool. Add eggs, beat together and then add all to the stuffing and mix in large bowl. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Slice 1/4 cup butter over top of loaf and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Can cover loaf for 15 minutes and then remove cover and bake until brown.
