SUGARED WALNUTS 
1/2 lb. walnuts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In a covered casserole dish, melt butter for 1 minute on high in microwave. Stir in sugar and cinnamon on medium for 1 1/2 minutes. Add nuts, mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on high. Turn it out on wax paper and break it up. Store airtight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
