QUICK 'N EASY MEAT LOAF 
Turn on oven and set at 350 degrees (moderate). Mix well in a 1 1/2 quart bowl 1 pound ground lean beef, 2/3 cup evaporated milk and 1 envelope dried onion soup mix. Put mixture into an ungreased shallow baking pan. With wet hands, shape into a loaf. Bake 50 minutes. Serves 4.
