CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
16 oz. can tomato sauce
3 cans kidney beans
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Chili powder
Bay leaf
Oregano
Ground cumin
Onion and garlic powder

Brown ground turkey with onion and green pepper in 2 quart pan. Drain any excess grease. Add tomato sauce and beans and spices. Amount of spices vary as to how hot you want your chili. Simmer on stove for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with cornbread twists. Yield: 6-8 servings.
