1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape meatloaf into ring of casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
