PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Nuts (optional)

Mix cake according to package instructions and spread in a 9 x 9 pan and bake. Combine pudding mix and milk. Blend in softened cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled cake. Then cover with crushed pineapple. On top of this put more Cool Whip and nuts if desired.
