POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. crushed plain potato chips

Cream together butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Press down with fork before baking.

Bake at 325°F for 10 to 12 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
