EGGNOG PUMPKIN PIE 
1 3/4 c. eggnog
1 1/2 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Scald eggnog and combine other ingredients. Add egg last. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees until set.
