PRALINE EGGNOG PIE 
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 c. prepared eggnog
1/4 c. Praline Liqueur
1 tbsp. rum
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping or heavy cream, whipped
9 inch graham cracker crust
Ground nutmeg
Whole berry cranberry sauce, drained

In medium saucepan, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar; blend in egg yolks beaten with 1 cup eggnog. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining, liqueur, rum and vanilla. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into prepared crust; sprinkle with nutmeg. Chill until firm. Garnish with cranberry sauce. Makes about 8 servings.
