LIME DESSERT (LOW CALORIE) | |
1 pkg. sugar free Jello (lime or any other flavor) 2 c. crushed pineapple with juice 12 oz. buttermilk (1 1/2 c.) 2 pkgs. Equal sweetener 1/2 c. Cool Whip Mix Jello, pineapple, heat until Jello is dissolved. Add buttermilk and sweetener, stir until blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Chill until set. Servings: 6 Nutrition (per serving): 240 calories, 166 calories from fat, 18.8g total fat, 2.5mg cholesterol, 73.8mg sodium, 194.6mg potassium, 16.3g carbohydrates, less than 1g fiber, 15.2g sugar, 2.6g protein. |
