RASPBERRY OATMEAL BAR 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal, uncooked
1 c. (12 oz. jar) raspberry jam
1 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Combine cake mix (dry) and oats in large bowl. Stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly. Measure 1/2 of mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Press firmly to cover bottom. Combine Jam and water, spread over top of crumb mixture. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Pat firmly to make top even. Bake for 20 minutes; top should be very light brown. Cool completely. Other flavors may be used. Tart works best.
