FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 tsp. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/3 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 banana, chopped fine

Combine ingredients, blending well. Pour mixture into paper-lined muffin tins and freeze. Remove from muffin tin and store in a plastic freezer bag. Makes 12 to 13 individual salads or desserts.
