HAM LOAF 
1 1/4 lbs. fully cooked ham, ground
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. pineapple juice

In large bowl, mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, onions, green peppers, eggs and milk. Press into 9"x5" loaf pan. Mix brown sugar, and mustard. Spread over loaf; pour pineapple juice over all. Microwave for 18 to 20 minutes, or until firm in center, turning dish after half the cooking time. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
