8 oz. whipped topping
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2-1/2 lb. apples (about 4)
8 oz. fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows

Blend whipped topping and mayonnaise. Core and dice unpeeled apples into 1/2 inch squares. Fold into whipped topping mixture, add coconut and marshmallows. Add 1/2 of drained fruit cocktail, fold together lightly, pour into serving bowl.

Garnish with rest of fruit cocktail and a little coconut. Good for parties.

Serves 8 to 10.
