HEAVENLY HASH SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. dairy sour cream Drain all fruit. In a large bowl, combine canned fruits, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts. In a small bowl, mix sour cream and sugar. Stir into fruit; mix well. Chill. Yield: 6-8 servings. |
