1 lb. pkg. Jimmy Dean Sausage
4 tbsp. chopped onion
4 tbsp. chopped green pepper
6 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Drain. Line baking dish with 3/4 sausage mixture. Combine eggs and sour cream. Season to taste. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are semi-set. Stir egg mixture and top with remaining sausage mixture. Bake until eggs are firm. Serves 4 to 6.
