FAVORITE BROWN BEEF STEW 
1 lb. boneless beef cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. fat
1 c. water
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or to taste
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
4 med. potatoes
4 med. carrots
1 med. onion

Roll beef in blended salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Brown in fat in kettle. Add water and seasonings. Cover tightly and simmer about 2 hours or until tender (add water if needed). Add prepared vegetables. Cover and cook about 30 minutes (until tender). Serve broth as gravy or over noodles. Serve beef in center of platter. Surround with vegetables.
