2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. oats (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. savory salt
2 c. tomato juice
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 c. Show-Me Barbecue Sauce

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly in a loaf pan. Place in a preheated oven (350 degrees) and bake 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
