AMBROSIA COOKIES 
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk

Cook to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat, add 2 cups quick cooking oats, 1 cup coconut, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 cup nuts. Beat well. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper and let cool. May use 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter in place of nuts.
