SEAFOOD FETTUCCINE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. sea scallops
1/2 lb. med. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
4 c. hot cooked fettuccine
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1 pkg. crab meat
1/2 c. sherry

Melt butter in large frying pan. Saute scallops, shrimp and crab meat until done, about 6 minutes. Remove from pan leaving any juices in pan. Add nutmeg, sherry, egg yolk, cream of shrimp soup, whipping cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring quickly to a boil.

In large pot combine cooked fettuccine with seafood mixture. Mix thoroughly. Place on plates and sprinkle with additional nutmeg and Parmesan cheese.

Serve with sourdough bread.
