SOUPER EASY QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

In medium bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add soup and cream, mixing well. Sprinkle cheese, meat and vegetable evenly over pie crust. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
