“ORANGE BISCUITS” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  PARMESAN BISCUITS

ORANGE BISCUITS 
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. chilled butter, cut into small pieces
3/4 c. 1% milk
1/4 c. fresh orange juice

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In large bowl, combine flour and next 4 ingredients. Cut in butter with 2 knives until mix resembles coarse meal. Add milk and juice, stir with a fork until just moist. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 7 times. Pat dough to 3/4-inch thickness, cut with biscuit cutter. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place biscuits on baking sheet. Coat top of biscuits with cooking spray.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on pan for 5 minutes.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
3-1/2 tbsp. orange juice

Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl, stir until smooth. Spread about 2 teaspoons glaze over each biscuit. Serve warm.

These are wonderful for a brunch.
