E Z BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 2 tbsp. sugar 1 can of warm beer (12 oz.) GARLIC BUTTER: 1 lb. butter 1 garlic clove 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 dash Tabasco sauce Simply put the ingredients in to mixing bowl and mix them until a dough forms (you don't have to knead the dough or wait for it to rise). Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Turn it out, brush with melted butter and serve warm. (Garlic butter is easy to make. Adds real touch of class.) Serve on steak, seafood (crab or lobster). |
