TALLARENA 
Ground meat
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can kernel corn
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 med. onion
Celery
Salt and pepper
1 pkg. wide noodles
Garlic
Ripe olives

Cook noodles or spaghetti until tender. Drain and wash with hot water. Cook onions and garlic in large Dutch oven. Add seasoned meat and fry until brown. Add tomatoes, corn and simmer until thick. Add noodles and olives and cheese; may be put in casserole to topped with cheese and heated in oven.
