LEMON-PEPPER CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 (1/4 lb.) stick butter, melted
1 10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
5 1/4 oz. milk
Salt
Lemon pepper
Garlic powder
Parmesan cheese, grated

Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Season to taste with seasonings. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Mix soup with enough milk to make 2 cups; spoon over chicken. Return to oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
