CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. Southern style hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. shredded cheese plus extra for top
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. cream cheese

Mix above ingredients together. Top with shredded cheese or cornflakes.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 75 minutes.

More baking time is needed if baking in a casserole dish.
