VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
Ritz crackers (cheese flavor is good)
1 can corn, drained
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can Mexican corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter

Mix all vegetables together. Mix butter, mushroom soup and milk together, layer part of the vegetables on bottom of the casserole dish. Spread soup mixture over vegetables. Crumble crackers on top of soup mixture. Repeat for another layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
