HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SYRUP 
1/2 c. butter
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can evaporated milk

Melt butter in double boiler over hot water. Drop in chocolate and melt. Add sugar gradually 4 tablespoons at a time, making sure the sugar is moistened after each addition. (Mixture will be thickened dry.) Sprinkle in salt. Slowly stir in evaporated milk a little at a time. Serve hot! Makes wonderful hot fudge sundaes.
