HAWAIIAN BANANA BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped macadamia nuts (or walnuts)
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts. Set aside.

Combine wet ingredients. Add to flour mixture. Stir just until batter is blended. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
