LESS FAT BURGERS 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 lg. zucchini coarsely grated
1 lg. yellow squash coarsely grated
12 sm. mushrooms coarsely grated
1 onion coarsely grated
2 carrots coarsely grated
1 green pepper coarsely grated
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Ketchup to taste
Parsley flakes
Basil flakes
1 egg (optional)

Mix lean ground beef with all ingredients with hands, like meat loaf. Form into chubby patties. Broil in oven, not on rack, but in pan. Do not fry. Serve on whole wheat buns with lettuce and tomato. This is a burger with lots of taste and less fat.
