PAULA'S CORNBREAD 
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. can creamed corn
2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add sour cream, creamed corn, corn meal and sugar. Melt the stick of butter in the oven in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Then pour batter in pan. Bake 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes after removing from oven.
