HUCKLEBERRY CUPCAKES 
3 c. huckleberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream together sugar and shortening. Add eggs, milk, flour and baking soda. Wash berries and then flour. Fold berries in batter and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. When cupcakes are done, brush with melted butter and dip (or sprinkle) in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
