SWEET POTATO - SQUASH PUDDING 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes - squash
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar, may decrease
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. evaporated milk

Blend potatoes, butter and sugar. Add eggs, spices and milk. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or 20 to 25 minutes in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
