FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
LAYER 1:
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix ingredients together; blend well. Pat into 9x13 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

LAYER 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together; spread on cooled cake.

LAYER 3:
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Spread over Layer 2.

LAYER 4:

Spread rest of Cool Whip (8 ounces) over Layer 3. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
