SPICY CRAB SOUP 
2 lg. cans V-8 juice
1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. crab meat
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 med. onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Simmer at least 2 hours. Adjust old bay seasoning, more or less to adjust spiceyness of soup.
