OUR FAMOUS BLUEGRASS CONGEALED
SALAD
 
1 (6 oz.) box of cherry or peach Jello mix
1 can cherry or peach pie filling
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water. Add pie filling and let congeal. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar together. Pour on top. Sprinkle with pecan pieces if desire. You can make this dessert year round. Cherry for Christmas, peach for summer.
