SAUCY STUFFED CHICKEN 
2 c. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
4 boned skinless chicken breasts, flattened for rolling
butter, for cooking
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz home style chicken gravy
1 (15 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves
2 tbsp. apple juice

Mix stuffing, water and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Place on chicken, roll and secure with wooden picks.

Skillet: Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons butter and remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.

Place chicken in 1 tablespoon melted butter in micro safe dish covered, cook on high 20 minutes. Add gravy and remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
