SANDWICH FILLING 
2 c. chopped ham
1/3 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped pickles
2 c. celery, chopped finely
4 hard boiled eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2/3 c. mayonnaise to which you add 2/3 tbsp. milk

After mixing all ingredients together, spread into buttered hot dog rolls. Wrap the rolls individually in aluminum foil and place in 350 degree oven. Heat for 1/2 hour immediately before serving. Makes 8 sandwiches.
